Connected strategy

Honest expectations

We tell you what takes weeks vs months, what requires your input, and what success actually looks like before you sign anything.

Services & capabilities

Services & capabilities

What we offer, how services fit together, and when each channel makes sense.

What services does Krivon Technologies offer?

We design and build websites and e-commerce stores, run SEO and content programs, manage PPC and social campaigns, deliver branding and creative, optimize conversion rates, and integrate CRM workflows. Most clients use a combination — we help you choose the right mix for your goals and budget.

Do I need to hire you for everything, or can I start with one service?

You can start with a single service — a site rebuild, an SEO audit, or a PPC program — and expand over time. We'll flag dependencies upfront (e.g. paid traffic needs a strong landing page) so you don't waste budget on disconnected tactics.

How does SEO differ from PPC for my business?

SEO builds organic visibility that compounds over months — ideal for sustained lead flow and lower long-term acquisition cost. PPC delivers immediate traffic and testing feedback — ideal for launches, seasonal pushes, and high-intent keywords. Many clients run both with clear roles for each.

Can you redesign my site and improve SEO at the same time?

Yes — and we recommend it. Site rebuilds are the best time to fix technical SEO, URL structure, and content hierarchy. We plan migrations carefully to protect existing rankings while improving UX and conversion.

Do you handle e-commerce as well as marketing sites?

Yes. We build and optimize Shopify and custom e-commerce experiences — including product page UX, checkout flow, and integrations with email, ads, and analytics.

What industries do you specialize in?

We work across flooring, real estate, finance, healthcare, retail, logistics, travel, and B2B SaaS. Sector pages on our site explain how we adapt strategy — but we're not limited to those verticals.

Do you offer branding without a full website project?

Yes. Logo, visual identity, and brand book projects can stand alone or feed into web and campaign work later. We scope deliverables clearly so you know what's included.

Process & timelines

Process & timelines

How engagements run, what we need from you, and when to expect results.

How does Krivon build a strategy for new clients?

We start with a Discover phase: stakeholder interviews, analytics review, competitor research, and technical audit where relevant. Findings become a prioritized roadmap with success metrics before any production begins.

How long does a typical website project take?

Marketing sites usually take 6–10 weeks from kickoff to launch. E-commerce and complex builds run 10–16 weeks. Timelines depend on content readiness, approval speed, and integration scope — we share a milestone plan during the Plan phase.

How long until I see results from digital marketing?

Paid campaigns can show traction within 2–4 weeks. SEO and content typically compound over 3–6 months. We set expectations by channel upfront and report progress against agreed KPIs — not vanity metrics.

How involved will I be during the project?

You're involved at key gates: strategy approval, design sign-off, content review, and launch QA. Day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting are handled by our team. We keep you informed without overwhelming your calendar.

What happens after a campaign or site goes live?

We monitor performance, optimize targeting and creative, fix issues quickly, and share regular reports with clear next steps. Many clients stay on retainer for ongoing SEO, PPC, or CRO — but there's no obligation to continue.

Can you work with our in-house marketing team?

Absolutely. We often collaborate with internal teams — handling specialized execution (technical SEO, paid media, development) while your team owns brand voice and stakeholder relationships.

What tools and platforms do you use?

Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Shopify, Figma, and standard CMS platforms. We adapt to your stack where possible and recommend tools when gaps exist.

Pricing & engagements

Pricing & engagements

How projects are scoped, billed, and structured for different needs.

How do you price projects?

Fixed-scope projects (websites, brand identity) are quoted after discovery. Ongoing programs (SEO, PPC, social) are typically monthly retainers tied to deliverables and ad spend management. We share investment ranges early so you can plan — detailed proposals follow discovery.

Is there a minimum budget or contract length?

Retainer programs generally start around a modest monthly minimum — exact thresholds depend on channel and scope. Project work has no long-term commitment. We'll tell you honestly if your budget doesn't match the outcomes you're targeting.

Do you charge separately for ad spend?

Ad spend is paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) — it's not our fee. Our management fee covers strategy, setup, optimization, reporting, and creative where scoped.

What's included in a website project quote?

Typically: discovery, UX/wireframes, visual design, development, QA, launch support, and basic analytics setup. Content writing, photography, and advanced integrations are scoped separately if needed.

Can we do a paid audit before committing to a full engagement?

Yes. SEO, PPC, and conversion audits are available as standalone engagements. You receive a prioritized action plan — and can implement internally or hire us for execution.

How do retainers flex as we grow?

Retainers are reviewed quarterly. As goals expand — new markets, more campaigns, additional services — we adjust scope and investment together. No surprise invoices.

Support & working together

Support & working together

Communication, reporting, international work, and getting started.

How do you measure success?

We define KPIs during planning: traffic, conversions, lead quality, revenue, ROAS, rankings, or engagement — depending on your goals. Reports tie activity to outcomes in language your leadership understands.

How often will I receive reports?

Monthly performance reports are standard for retainer clients. Active PPC and launch periods may include weekly snapshots. Project-based work includes milestone updates at each approval gate.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. We serve clients globally with region-specific strategy, timezone-aware communication, and culturally relevant creative. Our team spans multiple regions for responsive support.

What makes Krivon different from other agencies?

We pair research-led strategy with hands-on execution, then report against outcomes your leadership can act on. Public case studies include real metrics, and we stay small enough to stay accountable on complex programs.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

We aim to reply within one business day — often sooner. Discovery calls are typically scheduled within a week of initial contact.

How can I get started?

Email us at support@krivontechnologies.com with your goals, timeline, and budget range — we'll recommend next steps and relevant case examples.

Can we see more work under NDA?

Yes. Beyond public portfolio and case studies, we can share additional examples relevant to your industry on a discovery call.

What if we're not the right fit?

We'll tell you during discovery. If another specialist or in-house hire is a better fit, we'll say so — we'd rather earn trust than force a mismatch.
